ABOUT GAVHAS SERVICES
GavHas is a complete service company providing first class property management for social housing in Scotland, alongside a comprehensive removal and maintenance offering for private clients.
Our core business is managing temporary accommodations for the Scottish councils, from cleaning and sanitising, to restocking and maintaining these properties. We provide a ‘clean and clear’ service, which clears out previously tenanted properties; taking the property back to its shell; and thoroughly cleaning it to be ready for the council to check in their next tenant.
We are also proud members of the Scotland Excel framework for domestic furniture and furnishings; that means that all 32 Scottish councils have access to the framework to order furniture and other property management services. We also support the provision of the Scottish welfare fund to the councils, delivering furniture, and providing and installing carpets and blinds to tenants who have been awarded the social grant.
We take care of the common areas of closes and blocks of flats for councils and private landlords, maintaining stairwells, entrances, and shared gardens. Our property management and maintenance services are also available for private homeowners and landlords, providing them with the same support and peace of mind that the councils rely on us for. From property clearances and waste disposal, to end-of-tenancy deep cleans, we have all of the services that you would expect from a highly rated property management firm.
GavHas’s customers rely on us for all of their property needs; from general house cleaning to fumigation and trauma cleans; from our 24 hour Handy Man callout service, to our regular property maintenance; from a single item ‘Man & Van’ service, to full house moves.

Paul has had an integral part in the creation of this business with his good friend, Gavin. He was there when it all began and is the longest serving member of company. As a result, he finds himself as Logistics Manager who looks after the installers on a day to day basis.
